This study aims to analyze school facilities and infrastructure management strategies to enhance learning effectiveness in the digital era. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study of educational institutions that have integrated technology into their teaching and learning processes. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that integrated planning, appropriate use of technology, and stakeholder involvement are key to managing facilities and infrastructure that support effective learning. The novelty of this study lies in the strategic mapping based on actual school conditions and the gradual integration of digitalization. The contribution of this research is the development of a strategic implementation model that is adaptive and relevant for schools to address the challenges of digital education in a sustainable manner.
