The rapid changes in the field of education demand adaptive leadership to ensure the continuity of relevant and sustainable learning processes. This study aims to explore and examine the role of adaptive leadership in managing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning in schools. The research was conducted through a literature review of 15 national and international journals focusing on leadership, organizational change, and learning culture. The findings indicate that adaptive leadership plays a strategic role in responding to dynamic changes by promoting open communication, encouraging collaboration among school stakeholders, and creating a reflective and innovative learning environment. Adaptive leadership also strengthens commitment to sustainable learning by involving all school elements in decision-making and self-evaluation processes. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of adaptive leadership characteristics with the components of a sustainable learning culture, systematically formulated from the review findings. The main contribution of this research is the development of a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference for school leaders in managing change and cultivating a learning culture aligned with 21st-century challenges.
