Abstract

This study aims to formulate and test an adaptive model for school organizational development based on comprehensive integration of academic and non-academic data. The proposed model is designed to address the fragmentation of information that often hinders effective and holistic decision-making processes in the school environment. Through the integration and in-depth analysis of student performance data, character development, participation in extracurricular activities, and other contextual factors, this model is expected to provide richer and more accurate insights for school stakeholders. Thus, the implementation of this adaptive model is expected to facilitate more informed, strategic, and responsive decision-making to the unique needs of schools, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality of education and sustainable school organizational development.
