This study identified the important role of information technology in improving managerial efficiency and learning quality in schools. Based on the results of the study, technology plays a role in accelerating school administration, improving coordination between education personnel, and enriching the learning experience through more interactive and personal methods. The use of appropriate educational technology can improve teaching effectiveness by providing resources that are more easily accessible to students, as well as providing flexibility in learning. Technology allows students to learn at their own pace and enrich their learning experiences outside the classroom. The application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). in educational management can accelerate the decision-making process and strengthen data transparency, which in turn facilitates school management more efficiently. This allows school leaders to make faster decisions based on accurate data. This study also emphasizes that the integration of technology in education not only changes the way teaching is done, but also allows education to be more adaptive to the development of the times and the needs of students in the digital era.
