This research aims to examine how School Special Service Units (ULKS) have an important role in improving the psychosocial welfare of students, through cooperation between various educational parties. The method used in this study is in the form of a literature study method that analyzes and summarizes the results of previous research and tests or reviews 15 journals in Google scholar. The results of this study show that the presence of ULKS has a very large positive influence on increasing resilience, involvement in learning, and emotional balance. By going through companion services, as well as responsive psychosocial assistance. The innovation of this research lies in the ULKS model guide that is tailored to the needs of students. This research provides benefits on strengthening education policies that emphasize academic and non-academic support services as part of a sustainable and inclusive learning system.
