<p>This study aims to examine the role of personality competency in forming effective leadership in school principals. Personality competency is an important basis in carrying out leadership functions, such as being a role model, building good communication, and making wise and integrity-based decisions. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach from several journals related to principal leadership. The results of the study indicate that principals who have integrity, role models, and good interpersonal skills tend to be more successful in creating a conducive learning environment and supporting the improvement of teacher competency and student achievement. <p>This study aims to analyze school facilities and infrastructure management strategies to enhance learning effectiveness in the digital era. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study of educational institutions that have integrated technology into their teaching and learning processes. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that integrated planning, appropriate use of technology, and stakeholder involvement are key to managing facilities and infrastructure that support effective learning. The novelty of this study lies in the strategic mapping based on actual school conditions and the gradual integration of digitalization. The contribution of this research is the development of a strategic implementation model that is adaptive and relevant for schools to address the challenges of digital education in a sustainable manner.</p>Soneri Enjelina WantiNadia Ramadani

<p>This study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of transparency and accountability principles in the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in both schools and madrasahs. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observations. The findings revealed that transparency was implemented through the publication of financial reports, public disclosure of fund usage, and the involvement of school committees. However, accountability faced several challenges, including delays in reporting and weak internal supervision. The novelty of this study lies in its comparative focus on both schools and madrasahs in assessing BOS fund governance. This study contributes by providing practical recommendations, such as the implementation of digital reporting systems and strengthening the capacities of school principals and treasurers, to promote more effective, transparent, and accountable financial management in education services.</p>M. <p>The rapid changes in the field of education demand adaptive leadership to ensure the continuity of relevant and sustainable learning processes. This study aims to explore and examine the role of adaptive leadership in managing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning in schools. The research was conducted through a literature review of 15 national and international journals focusing on leadership, organizational change, and learning culture. The findings indicate that adaptive leadership plays a strategic role in responding to dynamic changes by promoting open communication, encouraging collaboration among school stakeholders, and creating a reflective and innovative learning environment. Adaptive leadership also strengthens commitment to sustainable learning by involving all school elements in decision-making and self-evaluation processes. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of adaptive leadership characteristics with the components of a sustainable learning culture, systematically formulated from the review findings. The main contribution of this research is the development of a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference for school leaders in managing change and cultivating a learning culture aligned with 21st-century challenges.</p>Desi Puspita SariDelli Agustini

<p>This study aims to formulate and test an adaptive model for school organizational development based on comprehensive integration of academic and non-academic data. The proposed model is designed to address the fragmentation of information that often hinders effective and holistic decision-making processes in the school environment. Through the integration and in-depth analysis of student performance data, character development, participation in extracurricular activities, and other contextual factors, this model is expected to provide richer and more accurate insights for school stakeholders. <p>This study identified the important role of information technology in improving managerial efficiency and learning quality in schools. Based on the results of the study, technology plays a role in accelerating school administration, improving coordination between education personnel, and enriching the learning experience through more interactive and personal methods. The use of appropriate educational technology can improve teaching effectiveness by providing resources that are more easily accessible to students, as well as providing flexibility in learning. Technology allows students to learn at their own pace and enrich their learning experiences outside the classroom. The application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). in educational management can accelerate the decision-making process and strengthen data transparency, which in turn facilitates school management more efficiently. This allows school leaders to make faster decisions based on accurate data. <p>This research aims to examine how School Special Service Units (ULKS) have an important role in improving the psychosocial welfare of students, through cooperation between various educational parties. The method used in this study is in the form of a literature study method that analyzes and summarizes the results of previous research and tests or reviews 15 journals in Google scholar. The results of this study show that the presence of ULKS has a very large positive influence on increasing resilience, involvement in learning, and emotional balance. By going through companion services, as well as responsive psychosocial assistance. The innovation of this research lies in the ULKS model guide that is tailored to the needs of students.
