Electronic Filing

PIJED operates an electronic manuscript submission and editorial management system through Open Journal Systems (OJS).

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's official website:

Authors must register or log in to their OJS accounts to submit manuscripts, upload supplementary documents, monitor manuscript progress, and communicate with the editorial office.

The electronic submission process includes uploading the manuscript, entering complete article metadata, identifying all contributing authors, and providing the documents required by the journal.

The journal requires authors to use the official manuscript template and provide proofreading documentation, similarity-check results, and a signed Author Statement of Ethics Form.

The OJS platform supports manuscript tracking, editorial correspondence, peer-review coordination, revision management, and electronic publication.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files are complete, accurate, accessible, and consistent with the journal's submission requirements.
